What To Expect?

It is all about helping you,
With the right support for you

About Counselling

Counselling can help you cope with many different issues. You may be experiencing a painful life event, such as a bereavement, an illness, a relationship breakdown or problems at work. In the middle of a crisis, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and unable to cope on our own. We may feel lost, stressed by our concerns or worries and unable to move forward. Counselling can also help you deal with issues that you may have struggled with for a long time. You may feel frustrated with how your life is going, have problems or difficulties that you find hard to resolve. You may be feeling anxious, low or wish you had more confidence. You may be looking for ways to enjoy better relationships with others, or want to stop worrying excessively about things. Whatever your particular concern or challenge, talking to a caring and supportive professional gives you the opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings, clarify what is important in your life and help you get in touch with your inner resources. Gaining an understanding into your fears or concerns will create the conditions in which meaningful change and personal development can take place, allowing you to live your life in a more insightful and fulfilling way. Ultimately, therapy can increase your sense of wellbeing and help you take control of your life.

Counselling Sessions Online

Remotely Online

Not so surprising nowadays, I am also offering online sessions.
I have been doing online session since early 2020 and can now replicate the feeling of proximity that traditional face to face session is offering.
I am using familiar and user friendly applications, such as Zoom or Skype.

A Simple Process, All About You

I offer a 20 minutes online consultation without any commitment so you can have a sense of how we can work together. After that, we will hold a 50 minute initial session with a full assessment, either online (Zoom or Skype …) or at my private practice in Surbiton, to assess further if you are comfortable working with me and how we can work together.
You can then decide whether you would like to engage in a short term series of six sessions, focusing on a specific issue, or if you would benefit from longer term support.
